Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of RapidHost websites, dashboards, hosting products, domains, email services, billing tools, and support channels. By ordering or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Effective date: March 29, 2026

1. Services Covered

RapidHost provides web hosting, domain-related services, email services, billing tools, software integrations, and support. Specific products may include additional product-level conditions, technical limitations, or fair-use rules that apply alongside these terms.

2. Orders, Provisioning, and Eligibility

You confirm that the information you submit during checkout is accurate and that you are authorized to purchase the services ordered. We may review, verify, accept, refuse, or cancel any order where fraud, abuse, technical risk, or policy violations are reasonably suspected.

3. Billing and Renewals

Services are billed according to the cycle selected at checkout. Unless a product is explicitly marked as one-time, recurring services renew automatically at the renewal price shown in your billing area or invoice. It is your responsibility to keep payment methods current and to review upcoming renewals in your client area.

  • Promotional pricing applies only for the period stated at checkout.
  • Taxes, VAT, or similar charges may be added where required.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension, cancellation, or late restoration fees.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use RapidHost services for unlawful activity, malware distribution, phishing, spam, fraud, abusive automation, copyright infringement, unauthorized access, or activity that threatens platform stability or other customers. We may suspend or restrict access where necessary to protect the platform, third parties, or our network.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Maintain secure passwords, MFA, and access controls for your account.
  • Keep software, plugins, and site content updated and lawful.
  • Maintain your own backups unless a managed backup service is explicitly included.
  • Monitor account usage, invoices, and service notices in your dashboard.

6. Suspension, Termination, and Data

We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, abuse, policy breaches, legal requests, security incidents, or threats to service stability. After termination or expiration, account data may be deleted in line with our retention practices unless otherwise required by law.

7. Refunds

Where a money-back guarantee or refund policy is offered, it applies only to the products and timeframe explicitly stated in the relevant offer or service description. Domain registrations, transfers, renewals, and certain third-party services are typically non-refundable once processed.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RapidHost is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of business opportunity. Our total liability relating to a claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected service during the most recent billing period for that service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes may be published in the dashboard, on our website, or via account notices. Continued use of the services after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.

10. Contact

If you have questions about these terms or need contract-related support, contact RapidHost through your client area, billing dashboard, or official support channels.
